About Me

My name is Tanush Agarwal - App Developer and Web Developer, currently pursuing B.Tech in Industrial and Systems Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. I am a passionate learner and a keen observer. I am always ready to learn new things and implement them in my work. I am a team player and I believe in working together to achieve a common goal. I am a quick learner and I am always ready to take up new challenges.

Sixth grade: Started learning C, Java, and Oracle.

Since then:

  • Worked on various projects.
  • Explored IoT using Arduino and NodeMCU.
  • Got into game development using Unity and Unreal Engine.
  • Learned React, Flutter, Django, Python, C, C++, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Firebase, Git, and GitHub.

The main area of my expertise is front-end development (client side of the web) and now expanding my knowledge in backend.

I had started learning React through the project of cloning flipkart for the Kodien KGP's task round, but for unfairly rejected(as people with dumb portfolio site got In ). But in the way I also got in using TypeScript,
FLUTTER
I had started to learn app development using Java but when I found out about Flutter - Multiple devices using single codebase, I was amazed and started learning it. I have made a few projects using Flutter.
Django
Django become the framework of my choice for backend development cause of it has batteries included and Django Rest Framework is also very easy to use.

Initially, I aspired to secure a spot in the P&I at IIT Delhi, renowned for its thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem. However, I was admitted to the ISE at IIT Kharagpur, and upon reflection, I realized that this choice aligns better with my career aspirations.

11th was completely online due to the pandemic.
I was enrolled in the 2-year classroom program at Fiitjee Hyderabad. Struggled a lot in my first year as I was from State Board, had no idea about the JEE syllabus slowly I got used to it and started to perform well.

I gained valuable experience in working with APIs and handling JSON data while using the Weather Today API to fetch information. Additionally, I developed a strong understanding of how to deploy Flutter web applications, enhancing my overall knowledge of web development and deployment processes.
